Dr. Dayeong Yoon

Dr. Dayeong Yoon earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Midwestern University after completing a Bachelor of Science in Biology at UC San Diego. Originally from South Korea, she first moved to San Diego to attend UCSD, later relocating to Arizona for veterinary school before returning to the city she proudly calls home. Dr. Yoon loves San Diego for its unique blend of natural beauty, diverse culture, and year-round outdoor opportunities. Whether hiking in the mountains, relaxing by the ocean, or exploring the region's vibrant communities, she appreciates the variety of experiences the area has to offer.

Her professional interests include Emergency and Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Surgery, and Veterinary Behavior. Dr. Yoon believes that exceptional veterinary medicine requires balancing the needs of both patients and supporting the people who love them. She is passionate about understanding each family's concerns and goals while advocating for what is best for their pets, helping clients make informed decisions that support the well-being of the entire family.

Outside of the hospital, Dr. Yoon enjoys hiking, reading, and listening to music. She is dedicated to building strong relationships with her patients and clients and is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care at every visit.
